If your going strictly versus frig-type ships in group as anti-tackler then fit either 220 IIs or 180 IIs. Just dont forget to have a Med Nos either named or T2 to get some extra cap. -=-

Its fully your choise to train T2 guns or not to train them. All i can say is that people use T2 guns for reason. And you can read above that bonus is more then just 2%. Also if you not yet good in one HAC, why train another? -=-

Really depends in combat condiditions. If going in >20km gang/solo then id say Autocannons, if going as in fleet or 20+km then id say 1400 IIs. -=-

Thats still wont make people engage eachother. If you see 10 people in local, and hostile on gate, you wont engage him since you dont know who other 8 are. I doubt anyone will engage then. Since noone like to get ganked same second as hes agresse...

Where i can look up new ship sig radius values btw? As for extenders, very nice indeed,however id agree that PG and CPU need to be bumped up a little to about 2/3 of what it now. That way it will be good balance between full tank and dmg setups....
